- Find the Poplar Heights / Donna Gardens Neighborhood (where the shift is taking place) then hit the red “Comment” button on the bottom right of the screen. You will then have the opportunity to comment regarding the proposed boundary change in our area. Please be sure to select the “frown face” for all three scenarios and provide a comment explicitly stating why the boundary should not be shifted. Refer to the ‘Talking Points‘ document for guidance on framing your comments.
